Good deal on their calcium caseinate too. I picked up 3 of the 5.5 lb bags so I could get the free shipping. It's a slow release so perfect for a before bed snack.

What makes everything there trash? That means the creatine is trash too since it's not the original Creapure German creatine which all studies dating back to the 70's and 80's used. They have your run of the mill creatine monohydrate. Your post is trash Peace

Can anyone recommended a good protein and creative to take?? I have been taking Walmart's 5 star protein (no results and it's been 3 weeks) and this "myrpotein." It was ranked high on laborador. Thanks!

Can't tell if you're joking or not, but just in case, you should know that this is just a protein supplement. You could get the same thing by eating lots of chicken. Bigger muscles are made from hard work lifting, and no supplement (save for injecting steroids) is going to give you that. Creatine and protein supplements just enable you to intake more creatine and protein with less total calories and cost than you could otherwise.

Also, gym results are usually not visible for months. You might see some strength gains, but give it at least 6 months to see muscular gains.

Let me know if you have any fitness questions. I've lost over 100lbs and taken my bench from 180 to 355 over the course of a couple years. I'm not a trainer or even an expert, but I'm generally knowledgeable about things fitness-related.

OOS already?
Sucralose is much better compared to the other sweeteners.
If you're really concerned about that, go for ON's nasty stevia.
Maybe if some of you did your research, you'd find out that sucralose has been tested extensively with minimal side effects on humans. Can't say the same for aspartame though.
People will find anything to complain about nowadays.

don't waste money on hydrolyzed whey that doesn't indicate % of hydrolysis.
even if it is a high grade hydro, there are no benefits over wpi/wpc (hydro may even be inferior) unless you are 90 years old with compromised digestive health...

given the option, i'd choose micellar casein over calcium caseinate. and slow protein b4 bed to feed the muscles for 8 hours is a gimmick. although, casein can be great for satiety.

One study compared those who took casein to two other groups. One consumed whey protein and the other had no protein.

The researchers found that the casein group experienced double the muscle growth and triple the fat loss compared to the placebo group. The casein group also experienced more fat loss than the whey group (13).

It may also enhance long-term muscle mass by reducing protein breakdown. This process occurs on a daily basis when your body is low on energy and amino acids. It's accelerated during exercise or weight loss (7, 8, 14).

For this reason, casein is often used at night to prevent the protein breakdown that may occur, since you go through a relatively long period without food while you sleep.

In one study, a casein protein shake before bedtime helped strength-training men increase type 2 muscle fiber size by 8.4 cm2 in the supplement group, compared to 4.8 cm2 in the training-only group (15).

They also found the casein group increased strength to a greater extent, or about 20% more than the training-only group.
