Some users complaining that updates broke their original settings, after a tv show they are abruptly taken to the home screen, poor sound quality and the UI and remote not have channel numbers. The reviews are mixed in with all the different sizes so it's difficult to tell for this tv.

OP - Clarify that the discount code is to a max of $20 on google express. Making it $129.99. Very good deal otherwise.

I went to a Best Buy in California 03/23/19 to get the 32 inch Insignia for $99 to replace my son's bedroom television that went out. When I got to the store I saw a sign for the 39 inch Insignia with FireTv for $129. I quickly did some research and checked out the customer reviews/complaints. there were concerns with the TV kicking you out of certain programs in the middle of watching. also concerns about the remote's limited buttons. but i said what the He@# it's for a 16 yr old's bedroom, replacing a 32" Westinghouse. Well so far he loves it!! I don't know about him being kicked out of programs, because he mostly watches Youtube and plays video games on it. The remote is not an issue for him, and we have an Amazon prime account, so it was easy set up. So far, so good.
