Anyone else have issues picking up online orders at Macy's stores?

Whenever I go to their store just outside DC in Bethesda, MD, which is a relatively urban location in a fairly crowded shopping mall, it's like a ghost town in there. Plus, it't not only always a total pain in the ass finding an employee but then finding one who's "willing" to help is an even greater challenge.

No surprise they're slowly going out of business with empty stores, terrible customer service, and incredibly tedious and time-consuming online order pickups. At least Sears has the online order pickup process streamlined and partially automated.

I think I'm done with Macy's. Their online ordering system and customer service both totally suck. After 20 minutes spent searching for a store employee, when I finally found one, I joked that I could walk out with a cash register and nobody would try to stop me, and the employee agreed. She then said that she needed to find another employee who could retrieve my online order for me. So after another 15 minutes of waiting, I left vowing never to return and let their short 1-week pickup window expire.

Experience for store pickup varies, overall Walmart is getting better than Macy's😉

SB also has 7 SB per dollar, and 1000SB bonus if you haven't made a purchase at Macy's through SB in the past 12 months.

Great deal. Victoria is made in Colombia, not China. As a proud American, it pains me to admit that surface finish and value are better than Lodge.

Still appear to have heavy nips and pits. They don't mention smoothness. I think the competition is beginning to put a little fear in them. Like this startup from Kickstarter
The Field Company - Smoother, Lighter Cast Iron Skillets [fieldcompany.com]Yes much more expensive, but night and day compared to Lodge or anyone else.

Is this a widespread opinion, I thought it was vintage wagner/vintage lodge > new lodge > anything else newish

This Cuisinart SS pan is not induction compatible (magnetic). If that's not important to you, it seems like a good deal.

For an everyday pan, SS is a better choice for most. It's lighter and won't rust if you leave it wet.

I use CI for anything where a browned crust is desired: frying, baking, and searing meat. For a quick fried egg or pancakes, I use stainless with ceramic non stick coating.
