Haha you named 3 of the whitest cities in northern california, i mean Carmel and santa cruz, but hey if you really hate the site of brown and black skin so much that you have to immerse yourself in a sea of whiteness then i agree those are the spots to go to

Also you live in SJ lol, do you have any idea the amount of illegal immigrants that live in that city? Its crawling with them.

Which again makes me wonder the motivation behind some of these Anti-SF post, seems to be political bias hiding themselves as people "from the bay" giving their opinion. Either you people only ever visited one specific part of the city, or youve never been there and are just lying, because im there everyday and have been for decades and its not whats being described which sucks for people on this thread who just want an honest assessment of the city and this deal specifically, it does a disservice to slick deals and its members

I would LOVE to go to San Fran! That is, the city that once was a tourist destination in 1985.
Is it no longer?

It's what the kids call a "retro destination".

I would only go to see a baseball game or two. Like people have said, San Francisco is not what it once was. Homelessness is rampid so bad that they have a site tracking human feces.

I grew up in the bay. Wish it was the other way around. Too many homeless dudes peeing in the street

Just went this route and Delta is definitely the way to go. Free carry on and they serve a full meal. This is one of the few domestic routes they still do that.

I've lived all my life in the Bay Area, SF is fine. Oh by the way it's San Francisco or SF, not San Fran! Kind of pet peeve for the people that live in the Bay Area.

What do you expect from a city? You get gritty, fast paced, innovative, and interesting people and places. You get homelessness in all big cities. I've yet to see someone taking a dump in public, but there is a lot of urine... lol

They still have lots of good restaurants to visit and they even have the Michelin guide in their area.

Ive met so many people from Boston in SF, and they all love it. Its really an amazing place for an adult to visit, would i take a kid, maybe, but there are a lot of other kid friendly cities in america, this aint one lol. the feces on the street stuff is really just in one area, sounds like most of the people complaining only ever went to the tl or downtown. Go to the mission, beat food, best park/views, weed, great bars, gorgeous people, not much to hate on unless you just hate SF because of political reasons
