Ring Floodlight Camera (White) with Chime Pro Wi-Fi Extender https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P8WZ...KCb857GAH9

I know this is related to the other security ring system, but I did not see a thread for specifically the floodlight cam. Can anyone figure out how to get the package discount to work on the black floodlight cam? So far, I can only get it to work on the white floodlight cam.

Keep in mind you have to select with chime pro and add the package to your cart in order for the discount to apply.

I got the black one. I had to chat with customer service. She quickly gave me a $90 credit on my account to make the purchase.

I did the same thing, but not an instant discount. I had to purchase the black and then chatted with the person who guaranteed me that someone would help give me the credit.

Costco did have it cheaper by $20, but this is a good deal vs waiting for the next costco discount.

Costco had the Floodlight + extender for $199. It seems to come up twice a year. They also do doorbell + chime; Ring Alarm, etc.

Last one was: $199 with 12 months of cloud recording. Save $40 plus the one year of cloud service.

valid 1/28/19 through 2/24/19. While supplies last. Limit 2 per member."

Does the Amazon deal come wirh 12 months of cloud service?

At Costco you can get the RING Floodlight Camera W/ Bonus Chime Pro and 12 months Ring Protect Basic Plan for $239.99 right now. Is the 12 month of Ring Protext Basic on this worth the extra $29.99 for the year?

The Amazon deal does not come with the free monitoring. If you have the $10 a month Ring alarm monitoring then you get unlimited cameras included. If you have ring alarm that's obviously the way to go.

I already have a chime pro that came with my ring doorbell.
Anywone knows if I can use that same one with this floodlight cam?

I'd rather not have too many chimes around the house.

Chat person refused to give me coupon. I didn't buy it, I asked for coupon first. Should I have bought it first and then asked for coupon?

The first person I spoke to requested I email them a screenshot of the promotion not applying. It wasn't a big deal but I didn't have access to my wife's email at the time. So I tried again with a different rep and she gave me the discount right away. No screenshot or anything
