Haven't tried Soothe Original, but Soothe XP is a top-tier artificial tear. Great deal.

I've tried these but not systane. These are kind of watery, not so thick and are kind of opaque/cloudy. They do relieve the dry eye feeling, but I just didn't like the watery drip that would occur to me. Definitely worth a try for $5!

Very good. Use it all the time. This is different from Systaine. These are emollient drops that contain only mineral oils. Systane uses PG and PEG I believe. I am allergic to any eye drops that have those and other artificial ingredients, so I've been using these for a while. Great price for them.

Depends on location, but usually $12-14 at any local store in my area.

Polyquaternium-1 (preservative)... But I am allergic to most preservatives in eye drops and this doesn't bother me. The only drops you get without preservatives do not come in a bottle like this. They come in single use ampules.
