Settle down, Francis...the average user is not storing highly sensitive data on their $500 laptop. Wave LMAO

Your point is valid, but I was asking from a convenience factor. If I was truly concerned about security, all of my data would be encrypted. Realistically, anyone that grabbed my device would be relatively disappointed. They wouldn't get much out of my mediocre lifestyle. I have 5 kids and teenagers cost a fortune to feed, plus I don't even store any porn. Now I'm sad that my life is so boring...I need a hug. hug

Seems like a decent deal. The Vostro line was recently re-Introduced since its hiatus in 2013.

Don't see other reviews that include screen specs on latest models. This one has 183 nits, 65% sRGB, and 45% ntsc for 2017. Maybe someone else can provide more updated details. No option to upgrade display on dell's website.

Thanks! I have an inspiron 14 7472 arriving tomorrow...I can't find the specs about the upgraded truelife display. Trying to figure out if I should return it or not for this nod
