Do you want a 27" 1080p 75Hz Freesync monitor for $148 or do you want a 27" 1440 monitor 75Hz, Freesync monitor for $300? You can't have it both ways.

This same monitor previously went Front Page at $148, so it is clearly a good deal and you are thread craping with unrealistic expectations.

27" monitors really need to be at least 1440p

Is this better than the 27 inch at Costco?
https://www.costco.com/LG-27MK60T...24393.html

[Edit] : Never mind, costco one looks better and has Vesa.

Really? This one seems better to me than Costco. They are both almost identical, but I prefer to have 75hz for gaming than VESA. Costco is 60hz

unless you're really into borderless design..

I see this is a gaming monitor but wanted to get some advice from folks, is this a good monitor for Xbox and FPS games? Noob question but just want some insight before I pull the trigger on a monitor (not just because it says gaming but I've traditionally played on my 55' tv). Thanks in advance!

Very tempting. But I think I need to replace my computer first.

I bought this a month ago.. I don't game except asphalt 9 and don't tweak settings on monitor.. i watched some streaming films and use it for all other computer usecases except gaming.. 1080 p with 27" Inch I don't see any lack.. also this serves as an extend to my monitor screen
