Find alternatives. Boycott Adobe and their greedy business model.

Gimp is a great photoshop alternative.
Davinci Resolve is also a great Premiere alternative.

yea i really dislike this subscription model but some of their apps have no competition. Any recommendations on alternatives to Acrobat Pro DC and Illustrator?

Anyone know how long you can keep this before you activate?

I'm guessing this wouldn't work in Australia or New Zealand...correct?

for the record, it's the same price at multiple outlets, so this only works if you want the $25 b&h gift card.

which does make it sd-worthy :-)

How is this with editing RAF? I'm using Capture 1 but I don't like they way I have to import files. I can only do it directly from my memory card; as opposed to my preference, which is loading originals to an external HD then editing from there. For some reason, Capture 1doesn't recognize the RAFs when transferred to my HD first.

I used Paint Shop Pro to edit Jpegs for about a year; I believe it's interface is similar to Adobe.

Add Picasa, FastStone (my favorite), and Photoshop Express (for most people's needs, it's awesome).

I don't know if it will ever expire, but if you already have a CC subscription, you can just add the new code to extend your subscription.
I don't know if it works for AU or NZ users, but it seems the pricing is very similar.

I mean... This will save you $1/mo. And you get a $25 B&H gift card. Not as slick as previous 25% off annual subscription deals.

I switched to Affinity Photo and Design. No regrets.

I have a sub that is expiring soon. I only use a few features (Adobe Camera Raw, content aware fill/heal). Wonder of Photoshop Elements will be enough for me.

How does Elements' camera raw compare with Photoshop's camera raw? Anyone have experience with the latest version of Elements?

Any lightroom alternatives? That's the only program I would like to try out.
