It was rumored that Google reassigned Pixelbook and Slate hardware employees to other divisions. I am expecting more firesale deals like this in the near future. Support for this device will dwindle.

This was emailed to me but I can't imagine why anyone would spend $800 on a chromebook. You could get an actual decent laptop for that much!

You can stack the discount over at Best buy however. The 200 off plus the 10% for $720.

Google Pixelbook not going anywhere. I would expect newer versions for Stadia launch.

google chromebook hybrid is awsome. the software is so fast and smooth now. It is not the same as when it first released. The tablet mode is perfect. Laptop mode is perfect also. I'm so happy with mine. It is so much better than a laptop or ipad. And it connects to your phone too so you can have everything from the phone on your chromebook.

What do you mean it's not the same as it was when it was first released?
