Piece of advice for anyone looking at Yeti microphones...these are extremely sensitive condenser microphones that will pick up your neighbor sighing across the street. Unless you already have a sound-treated recording space, you are going to have an awful time dealing with noise gates and post-processing to make high quality audio content with these microphones. For game chat, you will be okay if you use push-to-talk but live mics in discord with this type of microphone will piss people off. That said, condensers and this mic in particular can sound great, but only with proper prep. If you want to record something live (e.g. twitch stream) then definitely look elsewhere (dynamics like Samson Q2u or ATR2100 are alternative usb options).

As far as I can tell, this is the normal Yeti, not the Yeti Pro.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn't meant your listing was shady/deceptive. I meant the website listing it as Yeti Professional Microphone to make it seem like it might be a Yeti Pro is.

You clearly just copy/pasted the sites title (like most reasonable people posting the deal would).

This is a great price for the Yeti though, if you like the red color.

This isn't actually the Yeti Pro model but more their description of the mic as a professional microphone.

In all seriousness I wouldn't spend more than 40 on a USB microphone. Blue makes great mics but the quality improvement from going USB to xlr is night and day.

Unless you are into recording you do not need the yeti pro. The nice thing about the mic it has a built in headphone amp. Your headphones w/ 3.5mm connection plug into the mic. Then the mic is usb I plug into my ps4. Very happy with this. Its likely more mic than one needs for gaming but the quality of the mic is quite good.

If you're just gaming, the snowball blue offers is just as good. Moving off of USB will help with the humming you get from running mic through the mobo
