Vitamix - Aer™ Disc Container for Most Vitamix Full-Size Blenders - Transparent $107.99 +tax at Best Buy. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/vita...Id=6267022

First time purchases through Google Express [google.com] can use a 20% off code MARSAVE19 (up to $20 savings) to save an additional $20, making the final price = $87.99 +tax.

First time Google Express users can save $20 with code MARSAVE19. Slickdeals has a 25% off first time purchase coupon posted but it didn't work for me, so YMMV.

MSRP is $144.99.

Got one for $85 from Vitamix in November. Still do not have time to try it. The videos on YouTube look good.

I tried it, really good for slicing oranges and other citrus fruits and have the juice come out leaving the fiber and skin intact. Makes for great mojitos. Use it just as much as if not more than the regular blending container.

Target has it for $100 and if you have Target Debit card it is $95. Too bad coupons don't work on Vitamix.

Better deal is to have Lord and Taylor PM to target and if your have Amex offer for $15 off $75 at L&T you can get for $85.

On the fence but what shall we use this container for ?

I bought it hoping to dupe Starbucks' various cold foams. I intend to use it for making whipped topping, hot chocolate, mayonnaise, and hollandaise. I use my stand mixer for some of that right now and it's a bit of a pain dealing with the multiple parts and size. I also have a 3 year old who loves whipped cream and hot chocolate so I think we should get decent use out of it. The amount i have spent on cold foam cold brew from coffee shops alone is kind of embarrassing so I anticipate the savings from that will pay for this by the end of the warm season.

Thanks. Hopefully this is a good investment for summer parties to make cocktails and mock tails.

Need just a touch of emulsifier to KEEP that creamy froth in many recipes- melted lecithin in hot mixes, pinch of Guar gum / Xanthan gum powder for cold. Full-fat dairy will stay aerated well, though the emulsifier is key for it to last in fridge ..AND important for adding some melted cocoa-butter (magic ingredient once you learn it's properties)
