i really like this laptop. i havent seen it in real life but reviews seem great

but huawei bad. at least thats what were being told. hard to go against what our intelligence agencies are saying.

I bought one. Two months in, the notebook has stopped charging and is dead - it doesn't recognize the power supply. I contacted Huawei and I was instructed to take photos of the notebook, upload them to a google drive account (I must create), and send that in with a serial number to see what happens next. I'm not sure I'd buy another product from them.

I have this same laptop with AMD processor purchased in July last year.

Works great so far, 6 hours of battery life, USB C fast charging. Touchscreen works well too.

This Intel version of the laptop will have better battery life and since it has mx150 it will perform better than vega iGPU.

Any laptop can have a problem, I'm saying that asking you to take a photo and provide the serial number before they'll provide support doesn't sound like bad support at all. Of course nobody wants their laptop to die in 2 months, but it happens to every brand occasionally. The steps they asked you to take (so far) are reasonable.
