FYI

It is only 18'9" extension ladder, they call it a 22' REACH

Love these ladders but as a DIY home owner the 22 can get pretty heavy to move around. I have the 18 and I think it's perfect for the average home owner. I'm still looking for a 24ft extension ladder to go along with my 18 though. Just my thoughts for those not sure

Awaiting a closing on my house, I bought this ladder (wheeled version) at $109 around Christmas. I have used it in every position possible, and knowing how useful it is now, I would pay full price.

It can seem a little heavy, but it's a heavy duty ladder that's rated for 350 lbs. Keep in mind, that 350 includes you AND your materials/tools on your person.

Edit: this ladder can reach my gutters without resting against them, over bushes. https://i.imgur.com/ftSpCKg.jpg

Mine just barely reaches the second floor resting on the fascia (no gutters in that location). Not exactly safe but it reaches. I feel a little better that there's a porch below so at least I get to bounce once off that roof before I hit the ground. You're supposed to have ~three feet above the roof line to safely get on and off.

Thanks for the correct link.

Only product difference, from I can see, the product you linked has wheels, OP's doesn't.

I am not seeing the posted deal yet, but as someone else posted the same one with wheels is already $99 and there are some near me (SE Wisconsin) that have them for in store pickup. Might as well get the one with wheels if you can.

I already had 2x Werner 17' folding ladders. Bought this one, and LOVE it. It's nice to keep one ladder in the basement, one on the 3rd floor, and one on the 1st floor so that I don't have to lug a single ladder up and down. This 22' ladder is great, 300LB rated (I believe), and LIGHT!
