Bought this last time. Not good. Even the high speed is slow and no use in the summer 🙄

I have installed about 10 of these fans in my rental properties over the last couple of years. The quality control is a little iffy so just run the motor before you get it all the way installed, if it's noisy exchange it for another. Other than that I think this is a great looking fan for a great value. Where else can you get a fan this large with lightning kit for $40? It even mounts flush to the ceiling if youre dealing with a low ceiling.

Ok fan for what it is, price drops to $40 at least once a month if you don't need one now. It's only one bulb so might not be enough light for some

Of note: the chains are difficult to pull and feel like they won't last long.

For the price they are pretty good and build quality reflects price. Recently installed 2 of the 52" and a 56" unit. 52" mounting is slightly different and easier to install.

I got this in black a year ago for $39. It made a slight hum the last few months. My son pulled a chain out and broke it. I just took it down and replaced it.

The fan is great but the light kit even with a 100watt equiv LED is almost bright enough for a very small closet.

I'll be a little tempted if the gun metal version is available for $40. Not crazy about the light kit, but my current master bedroom fan is probably 30 years old ('enough said)

Probably fine for a bedroom or if you have recessed lights as well, alone it's not going to be enough to provide good light for a big living room though. Also, @ 9W it's probably closer to 60W equivalent, but you should be able to install a 100W equiv.

Quantity of lights doesn't necessarily dictate the total light output.. They make higher output (150W equivalent) LED bulbs you should be able to throw in here if you really wanted.
