The SWAC Premium Plan is now $45 ($40 with autopay discount). $10 cheaper than before. It doesn't include the UBER credit anymore but it does have Tidal Hi-Fi now. Look at attachment for the difference.

Advantage Unlimited Plus: $35
Advantage Unlimited Premium: $45

Regular Unlimited Plus: $70
Regular Unlimited Premium: $80

On SWAC, to change plan, go to change plan and select the Unlimited Plan. After that, click "Continue to Review". At the point, click on "Manage Services" and select the Premium add-on for $10 more. You have the option to have it go in effect right away or next billing cycle.

anybody upgraded from SWAC plus to premium using the Change Plan method within your account? As mentioned in a previous post, it shows me that I would lose my $5 autopay credit if upgrade.
I'm having an identical issue and haven't changed my plan as a result. Not sure how to proceed

I ran into the same issue; but, before finalizing the upgrade, checked via chat and was assured that they were still showing the Autopay discount. After upgrading, Autopay shows in the account; but, the discount is not listed under plan features. I verified in Account Billing and all of the information confirms that AutoPay is enabled. Not worried about it, I'm sure this will be resolved.

There are now terms about them being able to limit video resolution and total usage. I think it was HD video and 50GB or something like that. My guess is they are trying to get rid of the people using SERO for their home internet access.
I understand why they would get rid of SERO... but why would they discount SWAC Premium?

So basically if you have SERO, you don't you need to do anything since they will transfer you to SWAC anyway?

Thanks for checking. you're mentioning that the auto-pay was still on your account, but the auto-pay discount does not reflect anywhere once you change the plan. Isn't that kind of a big deal? pretty big difference in terms of verbiage I would say

I saw the current features/upgrades as an incentive to convert my SERO plan, now. Previous Reddit threads, from late 2018, indicated that Sprint had converted others' SERO plans and that all would eventually be converted. Who knows if this is the case and, if so, what the resulting SWAC plans will look like (and if they will have the same features as those that are currently offered). We saw this happen with SERO when upgrades were offered piece-meal.

It's all just speculation at this point, as no one knows for sure; but, the current SWAC plans are a much better fit for me today, than my 12 year old SERO plan. In the end, you'll have to decide what works best for you. Personally, I'm very pleased with my new SWAC plan and all of the enhancements!

I have documentation that the AutoPay discount is a feature of the Unlimited Premium plan, so am not worried about it.

Phone discounts for 2 year contracts are hard to come by. Even with SERO, you can not go to BB and Costco to take advantage of the discount.

My only concern with SWAC is the throttle issue.

I just upgraded from the Unlimited Plus plan this morning and, yes, it's a feature of that plan, as well.

If you read my case I too got trouble from $55 to $45 so I chat to get it. But he told me few things (I already set up Prime and Tidal):

- Removed 10G Mexico, Canada and replace with unlimited data, talk, text.
- No auto pay discount.
- No Uber.
- Removed Tidal and replace with Tidal HiFi, no idea the differences.
- Prime stays the same.
- Something about Lookout I don't remember.

So after I got $45 I only need to re-apply Tidal HiFi. I haven''t activated Hulu yet so I don't know. It would be better if auto pay is there to reduce the price down to $40 and bring back Uber.

Others above are saying that the autopay discount is part of the plan, even though the specific discount line is being removed. I'm still waiting to see if Sprint will fix something on their end before moving forward as I like to have that in writing

Just like Uber use to be there then gone and never come back. BTW, there are members got that deal at the early stage.
