Is Blue Planet Seas of Life the new name/same thing as the old Blue Planet, Season 1 that was only in SD?

Also, if you perhaps own Blue Planet Seas of Life does the blu-ray look better than the SD, is it really HD?

4K version of Planet Earth II is $20 right now by the way on Amazon (I assume for Earth Day coming up), which Best Buy will price match since it's being sold directly by them.
