Is it now standard for all cars? I remember TPMS in my old 2007 RDX.

I have this one that I got for $19 on a Wallyworld clearance. Works well. Though, if it works, the OP unit would not require plugging in to the cigarette lighter socket like the Schumacher.

Amazingly some manufacturers like Subaru didn't start putting it in until the past few years. My 2015 reports low pressure but not the psi numbers . Kinda stupid in a way. I've tried something like this and while it works.. The valve cap looks ridiculously large and leave some of the gold colored thread exposed... So I took it off again.

This is fantastic if you're ready for your car to beep constantly at you everytime the temperature changes and the rubber expands/contracts naturally. most auto brands with these built in still have this issue, and you're going to trust an aftermarket unit on sale from Hong Kong?

Seriously don't pay for an annoyance, just check your tires visually with a quick walk around before you get in, or with an actual gauge if you're that concerned and check them periodically. a good tire pressure gauge is like $1, and you can get an electronic one for $5

My 2007 SUV's one of TPMS sensors failed, the Toyota dealer gave me price for over $250 for the replacement (install/program).

I have never had that happen with me. I have one of these cheap aftermarket units. In fact, the only time I've heard it bleep at all was when purposely only had it partially screwed in to see if it would indeed give a low pressure warning. It did.

Lol yep, figures. Paid to promote a Chinese item and doubles down when asked for proof. Typical paid-spam promotion on here these days...at least the deal score shows people see through this BS for the most part. There's still hope for this community
