My 75" Q9 broke a month in. Samsung gave me refund of retail price, when I pat less. I used the money to buy the 77" C8 and couldn't be happier. Samsung has pissed me off on literally every tv and appliance I've owned my entire life.
On my 4th service visit for a Q6. Thinking replacement soon. 77C8 or 85x900F

Anyone buy from them?
I read lots of other negative reviews of ielectrica hitting/pushing you with insurance, white glove delivery, etc.
My 75Q7fn was delivered yesterday.

After my original Ebay order, they called about 3 days later, and gave me tracking info, how to inspect the tv and pitched the white glove service at a discount of $89.

Then also pitched a warranty, I listened, and turned them down. Then all of a sudden, they said they would upgrade me to the white glove for FREE.

2 delivery people brought the tv to the room I wanted, they took the top of the box off, plugged the tv in, and made sure it worked, and then reboxed it.

They did everything they said they would, it was 11 days to Wisconsin from the date of order to delivery.

Has anybody ordered directly with iElectra from their website? Prices seem to be $100-$250 cheaper plus no tax in CA, but the website layout reminds of those bait and switch sites. Wondering if the savings is worth losing the Ebay protections.

The price of the QN65Q9FN jumped to $2,997. That's up from $2,799. Here I was hoping it would lower in price.

yes and then you can put it in your basement so there's no light and only use it for movies because any show with logos will burn in. If you don't believe me do a search on you tube for burn in.
Maybe time to finally cut the cord?

Q9 vs PQ65?
Mind you $350 price diff. Also Visio is right now available in Costco so backed by "Costco".

The price on ebay is the delivered final price, and yes includes ebay and paypal protections, they have almost perfect feedback

If you buy directly, that's where the mandatory ship insurance comes in play, and why so many people cry about deceptive charges, it says clearly ship insurance is extra.

Curious why they reboxed it?

In my case my mounting helper was coming the next morning, so I wanted it protected from falling over, or my cats knocking it over, so I choose to have them repack it.

They will not lift, place or anything else except plug and inspect.

Does the Q9 have the motion trail/ghosting issues against light backgrounds like the Q6?
Negative, at least on my AA01 panel

Thanks! I was offered a free upgrade to the Q70R or paid (reasonable fee) upgrade to the Q90R... leaning towards the 90.
