I like the WYZE security cameras better, and they are only $26 (got one on sale at $20, but planning on buying more even at $26)

https://www.amazon.com/Wyze-Indoo...B076H3SRXG

app is easy to use
works with Alexa, "Alexa show the front door"
holds 7 days of events for free even without an SD card
US-based company

No. It's for indoor use.

Does it require a Smartphone App to set up/view or can you set up/view it from a Computer/Desktop Browser as well??

All the reviews for that camera look scary. People are saying the camera still uploads data to offshore servers when offline and it clones its Mac address if you try to assign it a static address behind your router, so it will get a new IP address.

Agree. We just use them mainly as a monitor for the kids room. Clear photo, easy to setup and price can't be beat. I don't buy into any of the people claiming any sort of offshore servers. I mean, I can find negative reviews on pretty much anything right?

Might need to mention no browser support. I returned mine for that reason.

the Q-SEE doesn't say anything about being weatherproof either

yes it is 1080p
the WYSE does have an optional weather-resistant cover.

This looks decent. The Wyze reviews are scary.
