In for one. Been waiting for this price point. Already bought it, but does anybody know if this is a DRAMless drive? I assume it is at this price point. Just using it for backup.

QLC, no DRAM cache, 2 year warranty. And consider the nomenclature, SU630 is probably supposed to be worse than SU650…

Hard to compare, especially since that deal was for first time users only.

Anyway, the low grade QLC drives hardly reach above SATA III speeds except for a few sequential tests. I would save your M.2 slot(s) for a nicer drive, Samsung Pro equivalent. Utilize a QLC drive for a larger storage drive.
