Super deal... and very easy to mod to 18v if your child is a little older and/or bored with the stock speeds.
Is it just this one that you can do the mod to? Have about 2 that are slow for my nephew. They were fine for his size last year

Got what appeared to be the last one in Martinsburg WV. Perfect timing, didn't know what to get my son for his birthday next week.

How reliable is the price on brickseek? I mean, right now one of the stores near me have the $169 price or even anything close to it. Has anyone had experience where the actual store price was lower than Brickseek price?
From what I understand the price is almost always accurate, but the stock available isn't.

That's been my experience, too. If they look up the SKU they'll see the clearance price. Walmart is really good at inventory management UNTIL something is on clearance, then it's the Wild West. I'm convinced they just write the whole thing off and book a recovery when they sell it.

Got the last one because it was buried in the back whereby I'm thinking other customers who had less than committed Walmart staff was told "Um, er, we're out."

Just an FYI- the legroom on this rideon is extremely tight. It's designed for very small/short kids. The photo appears to show kids that are old enough to handle this car, but I doubt they're able to fit comfortably behind the wheel. Just something to think about/research ahead of time, because the box is huge and it's very time consuming to assemble.

Great deal. I paid full price a few years ago. My 3 kids got it from "Santa" and they really enjoy this. I recommend buying an extra battery to swap when one runs out. Battery is not cheat but worth it. My oldest one is 9 now and it's getting a bit tight for him but he can still ride.

What this guy said about the extra battery. Also nice to have the spare always charged up for when you forget to plug the gator in at night and come out the next day to an almost dead battery are able to put the charged one in and keep the kidos happy.

[Warning: troll-baiting comment in.... 3...2....1] Why buy an extra battery, won't a kid just wait patiently until the one charges for a few hours?

PM'ed you. No, it's not just this model. If you're willing to try, and possibly destroy some parts* in the process, you can mod on ride-on. Smilie
