I read elsewhere today (maybe on Reddit for a switch deal thread) that Drawful is also on PC, and fun to play with friends on discord... Do think either platform is a better experience?
The switch is obviously better for party experience on the go (plugging in to someones TV or maybe your own tv). I have a steam box and use drawful on steam all the time. Switch version just in case since this (drawful) is most people's favorite of the jackbox series.

If you're looking for online play, the PC version for sure is your best and cheapest choice (it's gone on sale periodically as low as $3) as it's much easier to stream, and even though it's not entirely required to stream the main screen, it drastically improves the experience.

My kids can't play Mario kart wondering if hello Kitty kruiser is worthy.
Do as suggested with auto accelerate and steering - my 3 year old loves playing with us, plus he collects coins and helps unlock other karts which they enjoy.

In for Sega Ages Outrun so I can master it at home and head down to my local arcade bar in the city and set the high score there!

You know that literally turns the player into a bot right
For little kids, they're perfectly fine with that

It's no fun for them if they're constantly getting in last place on 50cc. This at least allows to participate, kinda like using the bumpers at a bowling alley.

Edit: I may have mistakenly assumed that you haven't received your switch yet. These instructions are for new switch owners that have never opened it up yet.
If you have already an account on it, follow the store links in the OP, as the suggested post below mine says. Once purchased, your switch with automatically download them when it connects to the internet. Sorry about that.

Short answer: no. You need to open up the switch and register it to your Nintendo account first to be able to make any digital purchases from the eshop.

The only exception is download codes from a place like Amazon (sometimes they will match some eshop deals) since they send you a code to redeem at the eshop. Since it's a redemption code, these are ok to hold onto until you have your switch on hand.

Actually, you can sign into your Nintendo account from a PC, buy the game, and download it whenever you get back to your Switch. Might hit some snags with the downloading part if you've never signed in with your Nintendo account on your Switch, but you can definitely purchase now and lock in the price without having the console on hand.

I have a Switch with Nintendo account and have downloaded games before but I currently only have my iPhone and iPad with me. Just try to find a way so I don't miss out on these prices.

Don't mean to be so late, but for future reference for my iPhone I use Google Chrome. For whatever reason the eShop site doesn't display prices or let me check out with Safari. But Google Chrome is just fine. I've been at work where I buy a game, and by the time I'm home it has downloaded.

cat quest sort of reminds me of Bastian. I might get that as well.
Thanks for just calling my attention to Cat Quest. Looked at reviews and gameplay vids, and looks surprisingly good. Downloading now. I think my little girl will love playing it w me.

For anyone else reading - it's an action RPG hack n slash w a cute vibe and 74% rating on Metacritic.
