Do the dumbbells come with their stands?
No. Usually you can buy it between 80 and 150.

These are awesome. I've had a set for about a decade and they are still going strong with at least 3 uses a week. Never had an issue. But COME ON! Where have the 1090 deals gone!

Nice find. I've always wondered why more people don't just buy these dumbbells instead of getting individual sets? Is it strictly a cost thing or are these bowflex dumbbells not ideal for certain exercises?
It can be a lot of factors. Depending on what kind of working out you're going to do, you may not need the whole range which means even though you're getting multiple sets of dumbbells, you're not going to use half of them. also a lot of people just don't want to throw down all that money at once, as opposed to being able to build their set over time.

Unless you got it on sale, it's $50 currently. It's a very basic bench: not adjustable, no leg extension, and much shorter.

For an extra $50, the Bowflex bench is a no brainer.

Yea it was $30 when I got it. Now $50 makes it "meh "

My main problem with these types of dumbbells is they only go up to 52.5 pounds each...

When building you should not just do flat bench. Incline is beneficial to build upper chest. Ideally a decline would help also. It's a lot cheaper to build a flat bench. I saw that one but since you were indirectly comparing it to the one in OP's post I skipped by it and kept looking.

Have you tried that? That doesn't make sense. The $169 is only the dumbbell part of the bundle price. The standalone item is still showing $299.
