I realize 10ft cables charges slower and easier to fail in my past experience
I second this.

If anyone can see this reply, some of these NEGATIVE reviews are FAKE AF.

Here's some that are posted that are clearly for different products

"I bought this to carry my yoga mat. I like it so far, but my complaint is that is wasn't that big. Some reviews said you could fit a lot of stuff in it, but you really can't. Heck, my gym shes alone barely fit in it. Not terrible, just not what I expected."

--wtf?

"The cup itself is good quality and works well. My problem is how much it costs and the lid you get with it doesn't even close. So for how great it is at keeping something cold or warm, it's always going to lose temperature quickly. It's like leaving a window open in a high efficiency heating and air conditioning home. My wife has a Chill brand one that is a 30 oz and came with a lid that closes. I wish mine did. I assume it keeps heat and cold inside very well but I'll never know with this lid. For the the price they should be selling it with a lid that closes."

I HIGHLY doubt they will cause anything to catch fire. Even if they suck, 3 long cables for $5. How hard of a rip-off can it actually be? I'm gonna keep my order. If they ALL die within a week, then i'll let u know.
Ever since Slickdeals went corporate I've noticed a lot of shills showing up to call people posting cheap products.. shills.

It's like monster cable claiming monoprice cables set houses on fire because there is no different between their $100 HDMI and monoprices $2 one.

I dunno, but this guy on the same page had a similar issue:

"Bought for a charge cord for my controller and headset. After I hooked them up and a minute later I now have a fried headset that won't turn on and a melted controller battery."
If you have personal experience with a product, then please go ahead and post. If you're just copying random comments from some unknown person on the internet that claims to have used this cable with an unknown charger on an unknown device, then you're not really adding anything of value.

Another shill posting for a no-name product. Company has a D grade on Fakespot. Beats me why anyone would use garbage cables with their $500+ phone.

Critical reviews: https://www.amazon.com/CABEPOW-An...geNumber=1

For example:
Warning!!! This item causes fire.

DO NOT buy this item. My android is now burnt and fried from this charging cord. This item is a dangerous hazard!
Thank you for posting. I was just about to purchase when i checked out reviews based on your advice. I don't get why people are down-voting your post when your giving true warnings.

Well... fakespot is a joke, and who knows what caused the fire (no idea if it really was the cable) - but it's fair to say use good quality cables.
Probably charged a Note 7.

Bought one. I have their 6 ft cables and I like them. Pondered due to some of the scary comments in this thread, but then decided to go for it.

Why is fakespot a joke?

Yeah, let's leave it up to all the "real" (10) rep consumers posting on here to make our decision on SD postings.....just forget about the other variables like actual reviews and fakespot grade.

Pretty sure I'd own every product posted from NeweggFlash, BestChoiceProducts and Aukey by now.

I find this hard to believe.
It happened to me. Not with this brand of cable, but a Verizon charger MicroUSB end started on fire in my car.

If a company can game Amazon's system with a bunch of fake good reviews for their product, it's likely they can game slickdeals and downvote posts that would lose sales.

I was about to buy this but always hate seeing a bad fakespot grade.

Because amazon AI has been getting much better to the point where its much harder to do now to game with positive reviews for your item so sellers they have been paying people to do leave positive reviews for their competition to discredit them. One of the tell tail signs is the review being for a different item as it makes it obvious to amazon machines/fake spot its a "fake review"
This is a decent price but its a brand i know nothign about, cheap cords normally break in 1.5 yrs so 1 yr isn a good amount of warranty. Though for 10' its cheap i think a monoprice one would be better investment. Even though no 10' monoprice has worked longer then a year (tried 4 different monoprice cord types) at least the replacement is free. I normally look for 2 things since i use fast charge on many phones. 1 AWG guage 23 awg = horible for 10 cord, 2 warranty 12 month = short. If you make quality cords you will assume that the cords will be lost before they go bad so you offer lifetime.
