Do yourself a favor and just buy multivitamins at your local pharmacy and it's cheaper than the above product.

Look for a brand that carries one of the following seals: U.S Pharmacopeia (USP), ConsumerLabs, NSF International, or UL.

Supplements for the most part are not regulated and contents are not verfied by regulatory agencies. Those seals indicate an independent entity has certified that the product contains the amount of the ingredient advertised on the label and that it isn't contaminated by other substances.

The benefits of the vitamin are for those who don't eat properly balanced foods or if they are utilizing high amounts of these vitamins and minerals. They can be beneficial but make sure you are eating fats and drinking water as they are lipid and water soluble vitamins

Lol no.
Not cheaper based on the quantity you're getting than those crap cvs one a day multis.
Also your claim about only buy something with a certain stamp/seal on it is rubbish. Do a little dd on the product and the company - then compare it to your under dosed over priced crap on the store shelves.

Tried these..and still using them. I feel mopey after a few days of not taking these. And I poop better when I do, due to the probiotics in them

I took these and finished an entire bottle and I'm not too sure what to expect. Whether it be a placebo effect or the product just doesn't work, I can't tell if it's working or not

6 a day is kind of a crazy....45 day supply....there are better options out there for a better price if you research it.

I only take 2 a day, 1x each for lunch and dinner. Bought 4 packs so this will last me almost 2 years. Currently taking optimen multivitamin but reviews and nutrition label look good on this.

I prefer the powder version with added greens. This is a rock solid deal though. This is way more than just a vitamin. It has a multitude of different complexes in it. Depending on your needs these may be Overkill.

This is a great multi, the vitamins come from great sources. My issue with these are that they are very hard to take for me.
