If you live in Pennsylvania and have PECO. PECO sometimes has sale specials and rebate on the PECO Marketplace.

If you live in New Jersey and have NJNG (New Jersey Natural Gas), you can get a Nest Thermostat E for $19 and a Nest Thermostat Gen 3 for $99. They also offer the Ecobee3 Lite and Ecobee4. https://slickdeals.net/f/12858685-new-jersey-natural-gas-150-instant-rebate-on-all-nest-and-ecobee-t...

If you live in New Jersey and have PSEG (Public Service Enterprise Group, their smart thermostat program ended. So this Rakuten deal may be good for you.

If you live in other states, be sure to check if your provider offers rebates.

Got 2 of them for a project. Hope the seller is good.

Is there a reason why this isn't getting much responses?

I might have worded it wrong. It's for a duplex build.

Signed a 2 year lease on a new place with a POS non-programmable thermostat. Decided to bite on this and will just take it with me when I leave. Great price, thanks OP!
