Is Amazon still a counterfeit risk (mixing various sources of the same SD cards in their warehouse)?
I worked at an Amazon Fulfillment center and Amazon crossdock.

At the crossdock I essentially took palettes of incoming product and made sure they were packaged for sale properly (bagged, stickered/barcoded*, bundled in packs, etc.), and sorted out to head to different fulfillment centers across the country. This is small product that fits in totes destined to be fulfilled by amazon.

* custom printed B00 and X00-prefixed barcodes to cover original ones, oftentimes.

At the fulfillment center, I worked as ICQA, and learned the storage bin standards and etiquette that the stowers had to follow, and ensured no one picked up items fallen out of bins were put back in a different bin. Generally, there should never be duplicates of any items in any bin, or any bin that is close that may be confused as it. The pickers, who basically take the orders and go shopping with their carts and totes, get directed by their scanners to go to specific locations. Their scanners find the closest item, from the seller you bought from, and the picker scans the bin location, the item, and their tote to ensure things are picked properly.

Returns, that may have been swapped out from a customer from real to counterfeit, go through other processing, and wouldn't be sold as new nor used from that seller's inventory again.

Long way of saying that no, they don't stuff bins full of the same SKU item, mixed from various sellers. Everything's tracked the moment it comes into the amazon's possession, with "paperwork" (electronic) trails coming from their original shipments.
