If by China, you mean down south because I'm a full-grown hillbilly, then yes. 😌

What's the difference in the USB-A ports for these two Anker chargers being sold on Amazon?

1. www.amazon.com/dp/B07GZ78R6D
2. (OP one) www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H4M4N5V [amazon.com]
A port is the same for both

18w pd is enough for any phone and the new iPad pro. Unless you need it to charge for laptop. I am using this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PDTCJ8C
It's cheaper. Works as good. Try it on my chromebook which need 30w.

I did some in-depth research on USB chargers and cables recently, and Anker was near the top with advertised output/actual power delivery. I'd recommend them and Necktek pretty highly now that I own both with good results. Seems like a good deal.

What about this one? Only 2$ more with USB c and 2 sockets. Looks pretty good. I want this for the dash cam and wireless charger

You have to buy USB c cable separately. My phone doesn't need 42W to charge it.
If that's your rationale, you might as well buy a charger with 18w PD then. Makes more sense instead of posting for a lesser product and then saying this one is too much for your needs anyway.

I have a similar necktek at 27w PD. I don't care about charging my laptop at full capacity since it's just to top it off during the day if need be. You buy to your needs, but it doesn't affect the deal.

And wow SD nazis. You block nexktek and MP0W. Anker must've upped your monthly check. You just keep blocking more and more of their competition and hide the reasons why behind your generic rules.

My phone has the QC 3.0amp charge feature. My wife's lost a few of my chargers and I typically don't pay more than $5-7 for a double QC 3 car charger or $13 for a single USB wall charger. I think the last car charger I got was about $4 after coupon shipped and it's an Aukey brand.

Until I have a device that demands the extra current in, I don't know why I would spend this much....prices will come down.

Do you know what PD is and how it is different from QC?

I have a qc 3.0 wall charger for my s8 and it work fine. But when I use it on my s10e it doesn't say fat charge. It seems like not all qc charger are made the same. Since the wall charger that came with the phone is qc 3.0. I try it with a pd 18 wall charger it works as good as the charger that came with the phone. Pd works for s8. S10e. Pixel 3. How ever it doesn't fast charge the OnePlus 6t.

Thank you for confirming that 18w PD shows as "fast charging", I was asking how many watts S10+ can suck in over PD.
