I'm assuming it was shot on 35mm film, making it a great candidate for the 4K treatment.

Doesn't look like it. What a shame.

I hate that so many digital movie providers do not allow upgrades. Can someone please get this right?

Don't forget to use your $5 promo code from Fandango. For every 4 transactions on Fandango you earn a $5 promo to use on Fandango or FandangoNow 24 hours after the movie ends. You can use AMC's A-list on Fandango if you enter A-list member number as your AMC Stubs number.

Vudu allows it. iTunes and Fandango Now have missed out on quite a bit of my funds because of this. Granted.... it's not much to them, but the more people....

They may not even know yet. The physical release isn't until next month, and I haven't seen any reviews for this 4K restoration.
