Tissot Carson Chronograph Automatic Men's Watch T0854271101100
$295 with free ship from Jomashop
  • White dial, stainless steel case
  • 30 meters water resist
  • ETA Caliber C01.211 swiss automatic movement, 45 hours power reserve
  • Sapphire crystal
  • Three subdials -- 60 second, 30 minute, 6 hour
  • Steel bracelet (looks like solid endlinks to me)
  • 42mm dial

Very unusual to find a chronograph with automatic movement for anywhere near this price, especially with swiss movement

I've bought from Jomashop multiple times and am very happy with them. They have a reliable reputation on watchuseek as well

What's wrong with this movement? It's Lemania 5100 based. Lemania mov'ts used in Omegas and Breitlings.

Good deal. Tempting, but no money. Shall I hold off for a better deal?

IMHO the recent Oris and Rado deals at the $500 mark are probably better (Not sure if still available). Much more expensive relative to the price point and also not chronographs, but better investments in the long run.

I have this watch! Its a great deal for a Swiss mechanical automatic!
It does have solid end links.

I think I would rather spend $479 for the valjoux movement:

Seriously? Or is this another Brie type joke attempt too?
The OP watch looks so much better AND is cheaper.

Yeah, there's no arguing with taste, but I like the look of this watch.

The face isn't bad but the band definitely isn't my cup of tea. Still waiting for a sub-$300 automatic that doesn't look ugly in one way or another. This is about the closest I've seen so far.
