laugh out loud Yeah, late for this year.

It was just included in the bundle (so listed per usual). I'm assuming you can't save it and use it for next year right?

Not unless that's when you are actually going to file your 2018 taxes... 😂

considering a non-gaming cheap build, at this price it's possible to get something decent for under 400...

For $20 more, the Ryzen 5 1600 bundle was better. If you can wait, prices seem like they're still dropping.

You only have to meet the April 15 deadline if you owe Tax.

Edit:
You're right! I didn't know that!

Completely wrong. You have to meet it if you need to file for the year.
Meh. That's what extensions are for.

He's actually right! Bet the IRS doesn't like it when you don't file, though.

I'm sure they're more than happy to sit on our money and collect interest.

I kinda like R3 1200 for what it is - cheap and effective at minimum requirements, but 1600 feels a lot more quicker in everything I do. Can overclock slightly higher or at the same level but with 2 extra cores and 6 extra threads, all for $40 more for CPU only. I've got a few 1600+X370 combo's recently for $145 each and I'd say it was a much better deal. Wait for another 1600 combo deal, they'll come. By the way it feels like AMD did not stop making 1600 after 2nd gen was released, since I've got some 1200's and 1600's in the same new plastic inner packaging as newer 2600/2200Gs.

I am really impressed with 1600. I bought with MB bundle from MicroCenter for $125.

If you do regular desktop applications....(mail, quicken, etc) and even light photo processing, you'll never know the difference between a 4 and 6 core processor. Few of the older games even make use of more than 4 processors. Not sure that anything over 8GB of memory will really make a difference either. If you are building a gaming computer....this deal really isn't for you..

I just ordered the i3-2200g package....with 8GB of memory....total $184. (I already have an extra SATA3 SSD.

Not with this package since you'll have to buy a graphics card which you wouldn't need for a non-gaming build. Looks like the same mobo is bundled with a 2200g for 137. Easy to find 8gb ram around 50, 80+ bronze psu 40, 256gb-500gb ssd for 30-50 dollars, case 30-40. Total about $300 so I'm not sure where you're getting 400 from.
