I have no time machine.. wish I didn't miss this when it was $149 with Google Fi just recently (I'd pay $149 to lose the mint sim kit).

34gb version has been on sale at ebay at $140 for awhile. Sometimes $150 sold by Moto themselves.

I forgot to add it's a great phone but the latest Android update screwed up a lot of features. Check Moto message board. I am not a heavy phone user so it don't matter to me but if you're, you won't like it. There is no fix for 2 months already.

Most annoying is some apps won't work using wifi. So I have to turn off wifi then refresh so it feeds of LITE. Many complaints about this. The best feature of flipping the phone to turn on DND mode is gone. The phone rings and does everything even in this mode. Can't turn the phone back to previous OREO.

Solid phone that has a lot of features, like ip68 cert and wide angle camera, at this price. My 32 GB model has an issue where the fp reader relock feature doesn't work after updating to pie. Not all units are affected but it seems more (only?) present in Android One versions. Minor, but annoying.

Overall the sd630 is fine, but the animations and responsiveness of this phone weren't there for me. Used my 32 GB model after Moto Z Play, Mi A2, and Moto Z2/Z3. Even the lowest Z Play just felt more fluid. More of a nitpick since I really wanted to like this phone, but it was annoying enough to me to not stay with it long.

Moto x4 was just dropped off moto website. These will clear out and go cheap due to that and the old 16 x 9 display. Prob gonna clear out everywhere. Walmart employees take note Stick Out Tongue

Both are decent options. Personally I'd go with the Nokia with the future updates, newer aspect ratio, and sd636, but it's still $100 (33%) more than this.

That's crazy as I went from a Z3 play to this and it felt like a major upgrade... My Z3 play was a horrible experience. Phone would lag even during routine web browsing where my 64+4 A1 Moto x4 feels nice and fluid. I will miss the bigger screen but I'll take a more optimized device any day and in my experience at least the x4 has delivered

I'm glad it's working well for you, though I'm surprised going down to a 630 and LCD screen felt like an upgrade. Are you sure your Z3 play wasn't malfunctioning?

Even reviews from Droid Life, Android Police, etc talk about the jitter and lack of optimization on the X4 that it feels like Moto's usually have.

I don't mean to trash this phone. It's a decent deal, but I was excited to try it and a bit underwhelmed in the end. Good luck to those who buy.

I bought this same model (64GB/4GB Android One) from B&H when it was $185 with a cheap case and without the 3 month prepaid SIM. That was in February, and I've been using it ever since. It's a solid budget phone, phone performance and camera are quite good and responsive for everyday usage. I had a Moto E4 before that and one thing I really miss is the Moto gestures for navigating with the fingerprint sensor (swiping it to go back, home, or recent), it's not implemented on this model for some reason. Also, it doesn't play games all that well. If you play a lot of games, it can run most, but some games have lag/stutter and even if they don't, a lot of games take forever to load.
