My 7376 was canceled 6 times by same reason, give up.

Our only hope is if it gets sold on Best Buy's ebay store. Shame and pathetic by best buy. Only merchant that has ever done this to me.

about the 320 nits according to that notebookcheck review I quoted above. May have read it wrong, read it yourself. Not too shabby.

13.3" version of this was $699 few days ago. I dont think this one is worth $200 more
That version had terrible battery life(worse that my 3 year old Inspiron) it overheated for no reason and the one I purchased had issues reconnecting to WiFi after wake. I found out all of that in a half day so I returned mine. So a larger screen with a bigger battery and dedicated graphics makes it well worth an extra $200 in my opinion. I'm still deciding if I want to give it a shot or get something better.

Order for store pickup and let it sit a few days while you decide. That's what I'm doing lol

Woohoo!! Geek certified being sold at Best Buy ebay store, ordered 1 and with tax comes out to less than the 13.3 I ordered thanks to ebay bucks I had laying around. Returning the 13.3 for this one!

Thank you, thank you ebay! And a big FU to Best Buy for not accepting my credit card. You are a trash organization!

I just picked up this model used and have been putting it through the paces. Out of the box it was apparently optimized for battery life over performance - I got well under average score with the userbenchmark test. The processor power settings were not visible immediately in windows, I had to make the registry edit described here to enable the settings:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutoria...ndows.html

After setting the maximum processor state to 100%, I moved to the 97th percentile for the 8565u. Surely some of that is luck with the silicon but you can be sure Dell's cooling & other system choices here are allowing top notch performance.

I would not recommend this for gamers, I tried a couple games and think you really need a 1050ti or better, but for others where the form factor, 4k, and/or CPU are key, I'm extremely happy with this unit and think this is a great deal.

Geek Squad ones are a ripoff. They dont do anything you cant do for free. IMO not worth the extra $$$.

Anty reviews on these? Battery life specifically? And is open box excellent at $728 a better deal? Any experience with open excellent at best buy?
Battery lasts some 6 hours and 37 minutes in our standardized Wi-Fi Web Surfing benchmark.
