Its snake oil for the feeble minded who believe in placebos. Not even shamen approved!

Ingredients
Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin, Yellow Beeswax, contains <2% of: Soy Lecithin, Titanium Dioxide Color.

So what if it claims 5mg melatonin? Its still snake oil. There are no certified quality controls on this type of snake oil and you have no idea what is really in it, beyond what is listed and measurable:

Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin, Yellow Beeswax, contains <2% of: Soy Lecithin, Titanium Dioxide Color.

No FDA approval
No FDA double blind case study
No sanctioned clinical evidence to support ANY of the claims on this specific item.

Its another snake-oil placebo among a long line of others that ignorant people foolishly put into their bodies. You'll get the same effect by feeding them sugar pills and telling them its a medication to help them fall asleep more quickly... AND WITHOUT THE DANGEROUS SIDE EFFECTS.
