Most of it yes. But I can't get rid of the stupid Amazon Widget that keeps asking me to sign in. If it wasn't for that, the phone would be perfect.

Loved mine when I got it but it's been dragging lately. 32GB isn't much when like 10GB is reserved for Android system stuff. There's no way that I know of to load apps on an SD card, so SD is only useful for files/photos and I can't figure out how to save photos directly to the SD, so I have to keep moving them, which is annoying.

I was going to do a factory reset at last resort, but I just disabled the SD card and mine started working like new again. Have no clue what happened but it's working. So, keeping $120 in my pocket for now. lol

No problems with this little guy on Verizon?
Bought this when it was $200 about 9 months ago. Works great on Verizon. It seems to have really good battery life. My son can go all day with his phone using it constantly.

Should be 64gb for this price now... not $100 more.
LoL. Good luck with getting 64gb at that price with the quality of this phone. Remember, 64gb also brings 4gb of ram with it. Lowest I'd expect that is around $170.

The camera takes good pictures but any movement makes the pictures blurry! Haven't found a solution.

So many 1 star reviews saying it was bricked for no reason after a few months. Maybe that explains the price drop.

Got it a few days ago on payment from Amazon. For 120$? More than ok phone. Few gripes: no LED notification (typical for Motorola DEV brainlets - solution? Flash Notification app, it will trigger the front flash for notification), no Miracast/display mirroring (only Chromecast), no adoptable SD storage (phone is encrypted - Google says with update to Android 9 it will be available, but Motorola DEV brainlets strike again, for now). Camera, although 12mpix, is so-so. Don't expect much from photos. Video is much better. Battery life is also acceptable, although some apps ask for Battery Optimizing to be disabled. You get roughly around 18GB of onboard storage, out of the box. Also, the camera lens protector is, apparently, prone to cracking if phone dropped. If you're interested, here are the 2 accessories I went with:

Moto X4 Screen Protector, IQ Shield LiQuidSkin Full Coverage Screen Protector for Moto X4 (4th Generation, 2017) HD Clear Anti-Bubble Film

Cimo Moto X4 Case, [Grip] Premium Slim Protective Cover for Motorola Moto X4 - Clear

All in all, for 120 bucks (on payments) is not a bad deal. Oh, and yeah. Haven't updated it to Android 9. Probably never will. Motorola does push System Build Updates (OPWSxx) and they are annoying (notifications). Did a few and there are still a few left, but will skip them for now. Hopefully, when I decide to update Motorola won't update Android too.

By the way: 'Incredibly sharp images in low light'. This is false advertising at its finest. Haha, 'incredibly sharp images in low light'? Yeah, if you're Stevie Wonder. Maybe.

No. But you can disable them. That's what I did. Also, enabling Developer Options gives you the ability to put most of Amazon crap on hiatus.

Settings -> System -> Develeper Options -> Apps -> Background Check -> Amazon Widget -> toggle off. This should help. I hope.

You mean uninstall, not disable? If so, how did you do that? I don't think you can uninstall Amazon crap, just disable them.
