I would rather take the "non-prime exclusive" version for this price. I don't care for being "exclusive".

That's a good point because all Prime Exclusive means is that it's full of Amazon bloatware. They basically subsidized the phone price by putting their shit on it.

I have the 32 gb version with a 64 gb memory card in it that I purchased from Google fi during the $99 deal about 2 months ago. I personally think the $99 is all this phone is worth. This is my 4th Motorola phone and may be my last. To say I'm disappointed in it would be an understatement. It's buggy, sluggish and don't even think about trying to quickly open the camera to catch that sudden Kodak moment because it ain't going to happen. Just my personal experience with the phone.

I actually like using these cheap Chinese phones and have a bunch of them. I prefer the Huawei Mate SE over the Moto G6 but have had good luck with Moto in general. For some reason I had a lot of voice quality complaints with the Moto G6. I sold my G6 but still have a G6 Play on a Tello line.

No. Bootloader cannot be unlocked.

Constantly get reminded about "deals" or to login to Amazon.

Also - cannot be used with an Amazon teen account to login. Amazon apps constantly crash.

Plus $20 for one month of service. But still a no-brainer if you want a G6.

Sounds like the memory card needs to be replaced... too slow or defective, or just incompatible with the phone. Try another one, from my experience, Moto g6 works just fine with Samsung U3 cards from recent Amazon deals. Camera app opens instantly.

I have a Z2 and I use the moto actions double twist of the wrist to wake up the phone and open the camera app. I think that option was on by default. If it's not or you don't know about it go to the moto app and look under actions.
