It says free shipping on website but at checkout shows $50 for delivery fee. Closest store for me is an hour away. I'd buy this if I could get free delivery.

That sucks. I just placed an order that came to $325 for in store pickup including a 5 year extended warranty and tax. I almost bought the TV when it was on sale for $100 off but at $180 off I couldn't pass it up. I have the 39" version and it's great. Hoping the 55" version is also good.

Best Buy (direct and via Amazon) have a 1-day sale on Easter for this Insignia 55" 4k with Fire TV for $249.99. Lowest price I've seen. TV has pretty good reviews, too.

Now that amazon has price matched I might get this.

Anyone have experience with asurion extended warranties? 4 years for $31.99 at amazon.

Randomly has happened to me as well dependent on product.

What operator assistance had me do the first time was add the offered extended policy and then it showed free shipping. Once the item arrives you call in and cancel the extended warranty. The second time the chat person placed the order for me without the extended warranty, overriding the system, and it went through fine.

As it isn't a total amount to qualify for free shipping situation they don't add charges for cancellation of the extended warranty. Customer service said some zip codes/addresses get treated differently for free shipping items by the automated system for some unknown reason.

A screen cap of the page showing free shipping is good to have too should anything change after the order is placed.

Jump on this or wait for 55 TCL 4-series to go on sale again?

Does it has fake or enhance 120hz refresh rate or 60hz? Amazon says 60hz.

You are almost 100% NOT going to get a true 120Hz panel for $250....
