Couple of comments on this device. There was no CD disk with drivers. Instead one will ether have to download drivers from the Unitek website or the latest RTL8153 drivers from the Realtek site [realtek.com] if they want newer drivers than those used in Windows 10. I'm currently using the RTL8153 drivers without issue. Have 1 USB 3.0 mechanical hard drive and two additional USB devices connected to the hub along with an Gigabit Ethernet connection. No issues so far transferring large files from the network to the USB drive attached to the hub.

There was a sticker on the front of the box indicating it was a Upgraded Version. What ever that means. No idea what the previous version was or what improvements the upgraded version brings to the table. Cable is approx 30cm/12 inches in length.

On an older Toshiba laptop with a single USB 3.0 port, currently getting an approx sequential read/write speed of 85.45/45.03 MB/s with the Ethernet adapter. On the USB 3.0 hub getting approx read/write of 95.43/95.10 MB/s to a USB 3.0 hard drive attached to the hub.
