Sure seems like it, really wish SSDs would note if they're DRAMless but seems like you gotta dig to find out. And on an SSD this big, I don't know if I'd want to risk one without DRAM.

Looks like it's DRAMless. People are saying it's MLC, not TLC.

$100 for 1TB's pretty great as a second drive.

Where is the guy wanting to wait until SSD price is dropping further?

Hopefully enjoying his Easter candy and saving us all a break. But I'll do it

Price is too high waiting for this to get down to $5. 😄😄😄

Its been a long time since I've shopped for an SSD. How does this compare to the $90 ADATA one that's also on the front page right now?

tl;dr good price and acceptable performance if every last dollar counts, otherwise I would pay slightly more for a Crucial MX500 if you wanted a 1TB SATA SSD ($109? Or a Samsung 860 EVO, but performance is the same as Crucial and costs more $)

On this SSD, here are the pros and cons.

Pros are its good price and SATA has the best compatibility

The biggest con is that it has a variable bom which means that the vendor changes the internal components regularly without changing the name of the product series. Meaning that it's also almost certainly DRAMless which is another big con. The minor con is that SATA has a capped maximum speed, but the manufacturer's peak maximum advertised speed would be lower than that anyway

Almost hit my threshold of $99 per TB. So Close!
You're $1 off or 1%. Eventually prices will go down even further.

Quality, speed and reliability also matters to me so if I had to get a SATA SSD, I would pick the 1TB MX500 for $109 over this everyday
