Sorry but not on par with a 1070 in a laptop especially if the 1660ti is gimped at an 80 watt TDP.

Youre right for some reason I read somewhere that it wasn't going to be max q variant.

I found that so confusing from Nvidia even on the RTX laptops. They are so much less powerful than the desktop versions while the 10 series was neck and neck. Now they are doing it again....
