Bought one of these last year. Was under the impression that seasonic was one of the better brands of psus. Fan started sounding worse than the 5 year old fan it replaced after just a few weeks.

I had a couple of 620W Seasonics and both could not pull the same load as cheap EVGA 600W W1's. One was super loud and hot, another cut off under load. I don't know why everybody is crazy about SS

I'm not going to use it for heavy load. Just i5-8400 with integrated GPU. Is that good enough? I'm more caring about price and noise.

Will give this one a shot. Just picked up 1600 setup from Microcenter and Thermaltake 450watt for $45. Guess that one is going back.

Bought this same PSU a few weeks back to replace an old EarthWatts on my Plex server. So far it has worked fine. Total silence thus far.

This is about 300W more than what you need.
