Thank you! I've been waiting for a deal on this game for a while. I hope I can actually get it to the table with 5 other willing players who know what they are getting into

Reviews mention experienced players can expect 1 hour per player (3-6 players). Boardgamegeek rates the rules complexity at 4.18/5. If you can handle that, it's sitting at 10th best boardgame ever with a score of 8.7/10.

We have played this and with 6 people it takes about 12+ hours to complete. Great game if you plan to just hangout and get lunch and dinner together. Can also be split into multiple sessions because each person has their own turn so there are ways to break the gameplay up.

Really fun and deep game. Even if you aren't close to winning in the first half you still have a chance to win depending on other players, so never count yourself out. One of my favorite games but it does take HOURS to finish so it's one of those games you play once a year.

This game is not for the faint of heart, as others said it's a very steep learning curve. Everyone who is going to play needs to at least watch a 30 min rule video 3-4 times before starting or it will be a +10 hour game. I watched this about five times before my first game and still had little idea what I was doing https://youtu.be/_u2xEap5hBM it is pretty fun once everyone understands and starts playing and a good way to spend a rainy Sunday with your nerdy friends

This is my favorite game. I would suggest getting an organizer for it, which will run another $50+. It will save an hour in setup and tear down.

My friends and I have played probably 10 games of this and TI3. A six player game runs us about 5 hours. The first game for all new players will probably take double that.

Love this game. I've got the whole thing in one of those 2-layer toolboxes from Home Depot, and it works amazingly. Takes a lot of extra time the first time or 2 anybody plays, but well worth it if you can get some people who will commit to learn. Once my group of 4 learned the game, games averaged about 2 hours. But whenever one person who'd never played joined us, it took about double the time. 2 new players joined once (6 total players) and it took 6 hours to play.
