I believe this has a bigger bed than the Ender 3. You should maybe compare this to the regular CR-10.

There's a big difference. The Ender 3 is their entry level printer and the 10s Pro is their top of the line printer.

The Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro are great kit printers. But they are not designed to last as long. I have 2x Ender 3 Pro. I love them. But many parts are made of plastic that on the CR-10 series are made of aluminum. Bed leveling on the Ender 3 is spotty and riddled with human error. Between my two, they work completely differently (because my first one has a warped bed and because their springs wear unevenly). My understanding is that alot of the 'hobby' steps are gone on the CR-10 series. As a professional, you don't always want to waste 10 min releveling, or dealing with replacing kit parts made of plastic. BUT if you have time for all of that, then the only difference is bed size. You don't NEED auto-leveling or the slight speed increase on this machine.

From the Amazon and YouTube reviews it sounds like the hardware is great but the firmware leaves a lot to be desired. Lowest price I've seen but I'll wait for Creality to get its act together.

Great price but I guess I'm bit too late, The price is now $529. Still better than any where else though.

I have a CR10, so this will be a nice upgrade.

From the description says,

Specifications
manufacturer_part_number cr-10s

OP, did you get yours already, can you confirm it's really a PRO, please?

Most of those reviews I've seen were done on old firmware. I bought the Pro a couple of months ago and it has the new firmware that is far better and corrects the problems I've seen in those reviews.

That's the problem when a company releases a product before testing. Even if all of the issues have been solved the bad reviews are still there for everyone to see. And how can a buyer know that the issues have been fixed?

Take a look at the YouTube reviews:

Expect to tinker if you get a 3d printer. Almost none of them print perfect with out tinkering unless you spend the big bucks.
