So I have used the 20L one on multiple trips where I packed it in my carry on for day hiking. It is small - 5-6" square folded down is correct. It compresses and packs like the IKEA nylon bags and backpacks if you're familiar with them - but much more useful. Pros are multiple zipper compartments for easy access, two water bottle holders, small size to pack, holds a lot for size, and it has held up well after about 10 less than pampered trips. Cons: I just can't get the straps comfortable for me personally for long use; I'm a shortish 42" coat size guy - it's either too tight or hangs a bit low on the back; also tall water bottles fall out putting the pack on and off. But for a day trip, it has always been great, especially for the price. Typically we pack a lunch, alcohol bottle (no judging), lightweight rain jackets, camera, binoculars, hats, sunglasses/cases, bug spay, sunscreen, small first aid/survival kit and water all in one bag - that some how I always get to carry. All the stuff fits and is find-able with three zipper compartments. I'd buy it again as I got it on sale at the usual sale of $15 and my usual $5 my wife gets as rewards. So it's nowhere like my Columbia day bag I use at home or my Victorinox laptop bag but hey...

Picked one up for day excursions while on cruises. Should be perfect for towel, sunscreen, and other items without taking up space in suitcase.

Picked one of these up during a similar February deal. Used it for 35 days straight on trip to Australia, NZ as my carry-on bag.No real wear/tear showing. Thought it worked well for price.

Not worth for 15$. Flimsy backpack. Unless your going to use it as a stow away pack it really isn't worth it.

You want to use the Stowaway Packable Daypack as something other than a stow away?

lmao did you mean to say a five inch square? that seems comically small...
Maybe it's more like 6"... I'm a horrible judge of length...

Thought this was sold out because I could find the add to cart button. Turns out uBlock on Chrome is blocking the "add to bag" button.

Got this a few years ago, its a great beach/vacation bag. It weighs NOTHING, folds into itself as well. No shape but I don't care. It carries stuff, and dries fast.

This kind of thing seems like it would be very nice to pack in a carry-on for a flight... Just not sure if I would need an additional light backpack on my month long trip this summer

I saw multiple comments above about this being cheaper sometimes during sales. $5 or whatever would be great, but is that for the 20 size one? I guess one can't be sure when the next sale would be, and I personally don't ever shop at mall type stores like this... So not sure I would even see a better deal, even if there is one within the 6-7 weeks of when I'm leaving for the trip

Would you guys recommend this for a month long international trip?
Just got back from a 3 week trip in SE Asia. This was my go-to day pack for sightseeing day trips. Light and flexible and much more convenient than my other larger, bulkier backpack.

Make sure you really want this before ordering. I ordered and tried to cancel it 5 minutes later and they told me that it can't be stopped. Really?? Not Cool

LOL, don't fault them when you committed to buy something and then wanted to back out. That's not their job to accommodate your fickle nature Big Grin

Every tool in the shed has a purpose. Some people only have slot or Phillips screwdrivers with or without knowing all those other warranty breaking bit types are out there....
