San Lucas is in Baja. So you shouldn't need a passport, as Baja California is passport exempt.
Edit:. Thats old news. The state or country of Baja finally got the infrastructure to do passports.
I think anyways
Baja is only passport free within 75miles of border but you still need something to get back in usa

Thanks OP for these deals. I visit Cabo (actually El Pescadero) once a year and also visit Puerto Vallarta every year as my base. Please post any deals from Sacramento, SF, or Oakland to Puerto Vallarta if possible. Just booked the Baja deal and flying SW from Sac to LA is fast and cheap.

Someone mentioned all inclusive. In a word: don't. The beauty of visiting Mexico is to experience the countless restaurants and cafe's where you will get some outstanding authentic food vs the Chipotle or Chevys equivalent..gringo food.

It should be right below the Give Rep button. Very weird - wonder if you have to have a certain number of posts and/or be on the site for a certain amount of time to have full capabilities?

EDIT: There's also a link in the user's profile page (just click on their username to get there). The link is below the main menu bar, on the upper-ish right side of the page.

I know this is kind of random but for those of us a bit more south (or willing to drive down) you can usually get this price by crossing the border and flying directly out of TJ on Volaris or another carrier. The Cross Border Xpress makes this a heck of a lot easier than it used to be. You gotta be careful with baggage on Volaris though (as it can get pricey).

Yup - It's super easy. Just park on the San Diego side, enter CBX terminal, go through passport control, 5-10 minutes walk and you're in the Tijuana airport. Passport control is also way shorter than at LAX and parking/dropoff/pickup is faster/easier as well.

I am one of those who dont comment or post (lurker but avid user of the app) but have used the app for over a year. I should contribute more...but for now I dont have the option so will check in depth after work.

Travelling to Baja requires a Passport. Note that youll be paying another $25-$30 US dollas to travel from the Cabo San Jose airport to San Lucas city center.

lol, i try to scale back on the lax deals because i feel like that's all i post, at least once a day. but i do it because the deals are there and there's a positive interest in lax deals unlike a couple of other cities, which sometimes i find it a waste of time to post because i get no love from them.

thanks!
the deal for france is an excellent find. I kind of regret not taking the deal for japan i saw about a few years back. nonetheless thanks for posting traveling deals, lax is fine as well.

If you're cheap and slightly risk inclined (I mean you're walking into tj afterall) the 2nd to last trolley station has free parking
