Quantum of Solace is coded region B only but can be found cheap in the US [ebay.com].
All the other 23 films in this collection are region free.

If you have a credit card that doesn't charge a foreign transaction fee, use that instead. During checkout pay as GBP. It will end up costing you around $49.60 shipped.

For Digital lovers, one review says it gives SD in Digital.

Great discs - disregard the digital versions
Do not buy this for the digital copies - as others have said, you don't get a physical file, but the UltraViolet/Flixster SD versions which look atrocious on a big screen and no longer stream properly from Flixster on an iPad.

Also, doesn't include Never Say Never Again (1983)

That is correct. You will need to use a VPN in order to be able to add the codes to your library here in the US. I normally use TunnelBear extension for my UK codes.

On the packaging image it says it comes with 24 digital copies for each film. Seems like a good price for Blu-Ray + Digital to me. Thanks OP.

Give me the 4K and keep the HDR. I don't want the look of a classic altered.

Apple only so far, sadly. I've seen a few of them on my Nvidia Shield in 4k a month ago. I think someone hacked iTunes or something. But they looked gorgeous! Can't wait for an actual disk box set though.
