This is cheaper than staying in a hotel , AND you get all meals and entertainment. Other options available as well

If I had to guess, I would say this is a repositioning cruise. The ship was serving LA-Mexico cruises during winter and spring, and is moving to Vancouver-Alaska runs for the summer. You are just on the boat while they move it from LA to Vancouver, and that's why it's so cheap. So there is probably no 3 day Vancouver to LA cruise

This deal isn't too bad for those who rarely/haven't gone on a cruise. I did this a few years ago for $100 (though with 2 months lead time), stayed 3 days in Vancouver, bus down to and stayed in Seattle for another 3 days, and then flew back down to LA.

It's a good deal if you schedule it out accordingly.
