I hope these are even better than the regular Gold ones, I needed to update from the original PS wireless headphones(battery lasts for only one gaming session), paid $100 in 2011.
Also, cool that you can use cable as well. Thanks!

Replacing the battery isn't that difficult. No soldering required.

These actually broke on me after a few months of casual use. The band underneath is cheap plastic, with a seam in the middle that over time weakens. It didn't snap like I was rough with them, they literally just fell apart one day. I bought because people said the newer model was more durable but nope, still crap.
I recommend the Arctis 7 even if its a little more at around $100 on sale. Adjustable metal & fabric band and its more comfortable, actually high quality. So much better than these overpriced low quality Sony headphones.
