A Heads Up. I own this. This model has a reported screen flickering issue which doesnt have a fix. Mine started to have this problem too right after warranty expired. Now Im stuck with it

Just FYI - dell Outlet has 14% off coupon on XPS models (ends today). You might find an equivalent setup (or different, ie no 4K screen) with around the same price after coupon, and have it directly from dell.

I was lucky enough to get an XPS 9370 I7-8650 with 16gb, 258 NVME and no touch/4K (intentionally for more battery life) for 770$ after coupon

Looks like usual Dell Outlet product, will come with 1YR warranty as well. Looks like the cheapest price this spec has been.

The big discounts are always on the 4k models, rarely ever the 1080p. Too bad.

I like the specs... but, anyone have details on quality of refurb? Will this look like brand new when you receive it?

Yes, low quality product, board dies often. Source: mine died, so did multiple at the university IT department. Also placement of power LED leaves gap to trap gunk, unlike products like MacBook, MateBook, ThinkPad, etc.

You can google it. It is pretty widespread issue with this model

Even Dell doesnt really know what it is caused by as several owners reported that even after RMA the problem came back

Bought this 6 months ago for $1200
Can't complain about the condition. It's a very good laptop.
